| I can?t say enough about the quality of this shop and their commitment to serving their customers. Broken down with a truck load of hunting gear on a 1700 mile journey to Colorado from Pennsylvania Jim and his team got us rolling again for our hunt within no time. He made us a priority and we will never forget that kind of customer service. Thank you to the entire Team for being the kind of people that want to help get the job done right, and thank you Jim for taking time out of you?re day to personally work on my truck and make sure it got taken care of. Excellent shop!! |

| Unfortunately, I had my engine head crack when I arrived in Aspen from Ohio for my son's wedding. Fortunately, I found Jim's Automotive to do the necessary repairs. Jim and his crew quickly added my vehicle into their schedule and did amazing work. I would definitely recommend Jim's Automotive for any of your vehicle repair needs. |

| I've only been here twice, but both times, I've been very satisfied with the quality of the work done on my car. Plus, how many automotive repair shops call you the next day or so to ask you how everything is? While I do as much work on my own cars as possible, when there are tasks to be done for which I either don't have the tools, or just don't want to take it on, I now have confidence in Jim's Automotive for those things. |

| The air-conditioning in my Miata was not great and I did not want another summer without it working. Jim's Auto serviced the A/C system, and it is working great. Good communication and I felt that the staff was competent. |

| I had a broken brake line and needed new front brakes. Jim got the job done the same day. I called about 9 am and picked up my Jeep Wrangler late afternoon. First class service! better call for an appointment. |
