| Honest and caring people. Although I did not like having an unexpected repair, Jim?s Auto came through for me so I could make a planned auto trip. The lead mechanic, Matt, looked the Yukon over in the parking lot and scheduled the work for the next day. This business really cares about their customers. I appreciate them always thinking of my needs when it?s an unplanned repair. They are awesome! |
